Subcontracting Manager

Manage Subcontract functions, or for a project, establish and implement effective subcontracts management, leadership, systems, methods and procedures for the office, group or project. Participate in or lead subcontract management strategy development and implementation. Provide guidance on subcontract management matters to subcontracts subcontract personnel. Prepare and present internal and external subcontract management presentations. Has a complete understanding and can apply contract management principles, theories, concepts, industry practices and standards. Perform work of complex scope. Participates in setting assignment objectives; plans own task schedule to satisfy objectives. Provide principal support to the department/project management team in the effective formation and administration of the subcontracts in compliance with applicable procedures and processes.
