Registered Dental Hygienist - Meldrum Orthodontics

This is a replacement position within our established orthodontic team. Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 4-day work week, Monday to Thursday   How You’ll Make an Impact Support the orthodontist in delivering exceptional patient care throughout all stages of treatment Perform orthodontic procedures including bracket bonding, banding, debonding, and arch wire changes Insert, cement, and remove fixed and removable orthodontic appliances Deliver clear aligners, perform attachment placement and removal, and monitor patient progress Take high quality records including digital scans, photos, and radiographs Provide personalized oral hygiene instructions and coach patients on elastics, appliance care, and compliance Educate patients and parents on treatment expectations, timelines, and progress Accurately chart procedures and maintain thorough clinical documentation Collaborate with the team to support smooth clinic flow and an excellent patient experience Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice The Teammate We’re Looking For Registered Dental Hygienist License Previous orthodontic experience (required) Current CPR certification Ready to join a team that values excellence, integrity, and community? Apply today to start a rewarding career with Meldrum Orthodontics!
