Job Summary

The Leave and Accommodation Administrator is responsible for administering employee leave of absence programs and workplace accommodations in compliance with federal, state, and local laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and applicable state leave laws). This role serves as a key resource to employees, managers, and HR partners by providing guidance, ensuring consistent application of policies, and delivering a supportive employee experience.

 

Education - Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience) 

ExperienceFive (5) years of related experience. Experience serving workforce members from a wide range of backgrounds, including those who speak limited or no English is preferred.

Other Requirement(s)Knowledge and understanding of state and local laws.  Ability to travel between ICHS sites as needed. If using a personal vehicle to travel, a valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance are required.  Fluency in one or more API languages is also valued.


Pay is determined by experience.
