Director of Loan Review

Job Summary The Director of Loan Review is responsible for leading the independent loan review function for the Bank and providing objective assessment of credit quality, underwriting practices, risk rating accuracy, policy compliance, and portfolio trends. This role serves as a key component of the Bank's overall risk management framework and is expected to proactively identify emerging credit risk issues, evaluate the effectiveness of credit administration processes, and communicate findings clearly to executive management and the Board of Directors.
