
Credentialing Assistant
Job Description
The Credentialing Assistant completes for review Payer Credentialing status for all new providers, maintains all rosters, updates CAQH provider profiles, replaces all expired documentation with updated documentation within the providers CAQH profile, completes payer requested demographic updates for all providers, process and distributes credentialing faxes to the Credentialing Specialist, process and distributes mail to the appropriate Credentialing Specialist, and other misc. duties. Participates in the work group for physician/provider on-boarding.
