The position combines technical configuration, HR process expertise, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced international context. You will partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence, Digital/IT teams, and external vendors to deliver high-impact planning capabilities. The work directly influences headcount planning, cost modeling, and long-term talent strategy. This is a remote opportunity within Canada, offering exposure to enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
