Job Description
- Manage, inspire, and grow a team of Customer Engineering Managers and Individual Contributors dedicated to supporting the Acquisition Segment of the North America Startups organization.
- Partner with sales leadership to define strategies, identify new workload opportunities, and set staffing/coverage plans to achieve business generation and bookings goals.
- Oversee the technical engagement, from discovery to proof-of-concept and deployment, ensuring successful cloud migrations and cloud AI solutions and solving complex technical blockers for customers.
- Engage and present to technical stakeholders and executive leaders to accelerate value.
- Be responsible for driving the technical strategy, adoption, and revenue growth of Google Cloud products through a team of managers and engineers. Act as a critical bridge between customer needs, sales goals, and product engineering teams.
