Strong communication & sales skills – Ability to connect with guests and convey our story authentically Weekend availability – You’ll need to be available Friday, Saturday & Sunday Physical stamina – Able to lift 50 lbs. (wine cases!) and stand for extended periods Wine knowledge – Experience in the wine industry.  WSET or Guild Somm certification is a preferred POS system savvy – Comfortable handling transactions with accuracy Reliable transportation Sound Like You?
