We’re looking for an enthusiastic Wine Specialist to join our team for the season! If you love connecting with people, sharing your knowledge of fine wine, and thrive in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality setting, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
Lead engaging, educational, and unforgettable wine tastings for guests and members
Share Abeja’s story, winemaking philosophy, and membership benefits with confidence and enthusiasm
Assist with tasting room operations, including setup, cleanup, inventory, and wine order fulfillment
Handle transactions, reservations, and guest communications with professionalism and warmth
Provide on-site support for winery events, including Spring & Summer Releases, Fall Celebration, and Winemaker Dinners
Provide top-notch customer service—whether in-person, by phone, or via email—to build lasting relationships
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for wine & hospitality – Experience with luxury wine brands is a plus!
Strong communication & sales skills – Ability to connect with guests and convey our story authentically
Weekend availability – You’ll need to be available Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Physical stamina – Able to lift 50 lbs. (wine cases!) and stand for extended periods
Wine knowledge – Experience in the wine industry. WSET or Guild Somm certification is a preferred
POS system savvy – Comfortable handling transactions with accuracy
