About the Role
Responsible for closing sales of various types of insurance policies in order to meet individual / team quotas and company business objectives岗位职责
- 与合作渠道管理人员建立良好关系,并落实渠道经营活动;
- 负责区域团队建设,监督推动所辖区域做好团队的有效增员,帮扶渠道总监(BDD)成长,提高团队人员活动率、团队人均产能等过程性指标;
- 做好团队的日常培训辅导和业务复盘,提升所辖团队人员的管理及渠道支持技能;
- 落实所在机构的阶段性营销策略,分析下辖全渠道特点,明确阶段性主推产品,制定本区域推动方案和行动计划;
- 负责做好与营销策略相匹配的话术及行销支持工具的内部培训工作,确保团队人员熟练掌握运用;
- 根据机构分配的网点资源,负责区域团队的筹备与引进,保障合理的人网配置提升团队整体经营效率;
- 按公司规定参加培训及会议,完成活动量管理工作。
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职要求
- 大学本科及以上学历,若从业经验丰富及专业能力较强,可放宽至大专学历;
- 通过公司和监管要求的相关培训及资格认证考试;
- 5年以上银保渠道团队管理经验;
- 较强的渠道协调能力、团队管理能力、业务规划能力和培训辅导能力。
