Overview of the Role
We are looking for an experienced Integrations Manager to oversee the delivery of third-party integrations across multiple products and brands, including MaxBet and Adjarabet.
In this role, you will act as the operational bridge between Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and external providers, ensuring integrations are delivered efficiently, timelines are maintained, and stakeholders remain aligned throughout the process.
What You'll Do:
Stakeholder & Provider Management
Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and third-party providers
Coordinate communication across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
Track integration timelines, progress, blockers, and risks
Ensure stakeholders are regularly updated on delivery status and expectations
Lead communication and coordination during UAT phases
Integration Delivery & Coordination
Drive planning and execution of new integrations and integration changes
Organize integration kick-offs and align technical and operational requirements
Ensure provider documentation and requirements are reviewed and properly communicated to development teams
Support teams in breaking down Epics into actionable tasks
Maintain integration-related documentation in Jira and Confluence
Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks
Technical & Operational Support
Act as a bridge between providers and development teams during implementation
Support issue resolution during development, QA, UAT, and production rollout
Coordinate deployment and environment setup activities with OPS/DevOps teams
Open and manage deployment and environment preparation requests
Monitor Jira boards and ensure delivery activities stay aligned with timelines
Continuous Improvement
Coordinate resolution of recurring integration issues and blockers
Support root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives
Escalate critical delivery risks or operational issues when necessary
What You'll Bring:
2+ years of experience in Integrations Management, Delivery Management, Project Coordination, or similar roles
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and delivery tracking processes
Good understanding of software development lifecycle and release processes
Ability to manage multiple integrations and priorities simultaneously
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
At least B2 level in English
Nice to Have
Proficiency with Atlassian tools (especially JIRA & Confluence);
Knowledge of API architecture (RESTful, SOAP);
Domain knowledge in iGaming industry;
Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
Experience coordinating UAT and production deployments
