Senior Project Manager - Transit-Oriented Development

Guided by Sound Transit’s Equitable Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) policy Sound Transit’s TOD team is helping to realize community-supported development outcomes on excess public land near transit stops and stations. The Senior Project Manager-TOD role relies on creative problem solving, collaboration, and project management skills to advance surplus land through the development process, including due diligence, community engagement, partnering, land lease or sale, predevelopment design review, construction coordination, project closeout, and ongoing monitoring.
