Overview The Regional Planning Associate Director is responsible for translating regional growth strategy into a clear, scalable category point of view (POV) and driving category specific growth, alignment, and impact across markets. The role provides category leadership, owns category planning and initiatives, and ensures one to many scaling of learnings and best practices. This role works in close partnership with the Regional Strategy Lead and key client stakeholders to ensure strategic clarity, consistency, and effective market adoption. Key Responsibilities: Category Strategy & POV Ownership Own and articulate a clear regional category POV, aligned to the growth direction set by Strategy & Growth Translate strategic intent into category priorities, frameworks, and guiding principles for markets Act as the regional category authority, providing clarity and direction across stakeholders Category Planning & IBP Leadership Lead annual category Integrated Business Planning (IBP) at a regional level Ensure category strategy is translated into clear priorities, initiatives, and action plans Align category planning with broader regional and market business objectives Category Initiatives & Growth Acceleration Develop, lead, and oversee category specific initiatives, pilots, and programs Identify growth opportunities and innovation levers within the category Ensure initiatives are designed for scalability and market adoption One to Many Scaling & Best Practices Identify, codify, and scale category learnings, success models, and best practices across markets Enable markets with clear playbooks, guidance, and frameworks to drive consistent execution Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across regions Stakeholder & Market Alignment Partner closely with client stakeholders to drive alignment, clarity, and consistency Act as a key regional interface between strategy, category, and market teams Ensure markets are aligned to category priorities while allowing for local relevance Qualifications 8 years of experience in a media agency, preferably with prior experience working on major regional client accounts. Strong communication and presentation skills. Conversant with digital media and able to think across the whole media mix, hands-on experience with various technology platform. Strong background in strategy, category leadership, growth/integrated planning Experience leading regional or multi market initiatives will be a plus Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable category direction Strong stakeholder management and influence skills Commercially minded with a growth-oriented mindset

8 years of experience in a media agency, preferably with prior experience working on major regional client accounts. Strong communication and presentation skills. Conversant with digital media and able to think across the whole media mix, hands-on experience with various technology platform.
