Nursing Scheduling Coordinator
Job Description
Responsibilities
Visible position with a direct impact on nursing center financial performance through management of nursing labor expense.
Monitor nursing department schedule to ensure proper coverage for all nursing for all shifts and units.
Assure appropriate levels of competent nursing staff are in place at the most economical cost and optimize schedules of nursing employees to meet budgeted position requirements.
Identify open nursing positions and notify the Director of Nursing and recruiter of these vacancies
Monitor and track time, attendance and use of paid time off for nursing employees.
Qualifications
*High school graduate or equivalent with college/business school coursework is preferred.
*Two years' office experience with scheduling/labor management experience is preferred.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.
Posted Salary Range
USD $23.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.
