
Assistant Manager/Senior Officer, Marketing and Promotion (High-Net-Worth)
Job Description
Responsibilities: • Brand Management & Strategy Execution: Transition from campaign-based activities to the “always-on” brand management. Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies—events, partnerships, content, digital, and PR—to support the platform’s positioning and growth. • Client Segmentation & Customization: Lead tailored marketing initiatives for the UHNW segment, ensuring meticulous execution and high discretion in handling sensitive client-facing activities. • Project Management & Ownership: Translate the AGP brand strategy into actionable marketing plans. Independently manage projects end-to-end, especially as AGP expands into markets such as China, Singapore, and the Middle East. • Partnership & Collaboration: Liaise and follow up independently with HNW partnerships, ensuring seamless collaboration and ongoing engagement with external partners. • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate across regional and global teams, product, sales, and compliance, influencing senior internal stakeholders and managing complex stakeholder relationships. • External Partner & Agency Leadership: Oversee creative, media, PR, and event agencies. Provide strategic briefings, challenge, and evaluation of external partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and objectives. • Brand Governance & Consistency: Ensure consistent application of the new premium brand identity across all touchpoints. Act as a brand custodian with the experience and authority to maintain brand integrity. • Team & Process Efficiency: Serve as a mid-level anchor to reduce supervision burden on senior leadership. Drive operational efficiency and team effectiveness through clear project ownership and process management. Qualifications & Experience: • Proven experience in high-end brand management and marketing, ideally within the financial or luxury sectors. • Strong stakeholder influence and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Ability to independently manage projects and external partnerships at a strategic level. • Demonstrated discretion and judgment in handling sensitive client and brand matters. • Experience in expanding markets and managing multi-channel campaigns.
