Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support to business users, addressing application and system issues in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents that disrupt application services and business operations.
- Track, manage, and report support issues, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Analyze support tickets, take ownership of issue investigation, and ensure resolution.
- Escalate issues and proposals to the corporate SAP Support Team when necessary.
- Provide first-line support for SAP systems by troubleshooting issues, assisting business users, and ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Job Location: 6th of October City
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and user support skills.
- Ability to manage multiple issues and prioritize tasks effectively.
