Position Summary:
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm, friendly, and professional first impression.
- Support the coordination of guest bookings, farm tours, and activities.
- Guide visitors through farm experiences, providing information about produce, animals, and sustainability practices.
- Assist with hands‑on farm activities as needed to enhance guest engagement.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest areas, pathways, and activity stations.
- Support farm events, tastings, workshops, or farm‑to‑table experiences.
- Respond to guest questions or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Collaborate with farm staff to ensure smooth daily operations and guest flow.
About You:
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Fiji
- Bring a warm, friendly, and professional approach to every guest interaction.
- Have strong communication skills and enjoy guiding and educating visitors.
- Are comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
- Are proactive, willing to assist with farm tasks, and show initiative.
- Can work flexibly, including weekends or special events where required.
- Are dependable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering high‑quality service.
- Have previous experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or related areas (advantageous but not essential).
