Field Operations Manager

Region Coverage: Upstate New York Direct Oversight: 10–15 sites | 6 Site/Area Managers | ~250 Employees Position Summary The Field Operations Manager (FOM) is responsible for leading day-to-day operations across a portfolio of Amazon fulfillment, logistics, and specialty facilities throughout Upstate New York. This role provides direct leadership to approximately six managers overseeing 10–15 locations and a workforce of approximately 250 employees. The FOM ensures all sites operate safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with ABM and client expectations. This leader is accountable for service execution, staffing strategy, labor control, quality audits, client relationships, payroll accuracy, compliance, and manager development. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader who can balance field presence with strategic oversight across a multi-site region.
