Job Description

  • Proven experience in multiple MS Customer Insights projects;
  • Ability to integrate data from various sources into the platform, creating a centralised and consistent repository of information;
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Customer Insights connectivity with other Microsoft platforms;
  • Supporting the configuration, customisation and use of functionalities such as the creation of unified profiles, customer segmentation and behavioural analysis;
  • Using advanced analysis tools to extract valuable insights into customer behaviour, predict trends and identify opportunities based on large volumes of data on the platform;
  • Support customer segmentation, using Customer Insights' advanced segmentation capabilities to identify and classify customers according to different criteria (demographic, behavioural, transactional, etc.);
  • Developing test strategies for projects that apply/transfer data to Customer Insights and documenting them, supporting their hands-on execution;
  • Supporting Sales in implementation projects carried out in conjunction with Corporate IT / T2D.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and seniority in the technical skills required;
  • Knowledge of Big Data and Advanced Analytics (have a good understanding of big data and advanced analytics - Data Science, Machine Learning - to work with large-scale customer data);
  • Power BI (experience with Power BI, as Microsoft Customer Insights will often be used in conjunction with this data visualisation tool to create dynamic dashboards);
  • Microsoft Dynamics (familiarity with CRMs, especially Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft dataverse);
  • Azure and Power Platform (familiarity with the Azure ecosystem where Customer Insights can be hosted, and other Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate can be a plus;
  • Knowledge of integrations (have a good understanding of integrations and how data should be worked on to be exported to external platforms);
  • Proven training in a related area with a strong component in tools such as Microsoft Customer Insights and performing advanced analyses of customer data;
  • Microsoft certifications and others related to data analysis, such as Power BI and Azure;
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English - mandatory.
