Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage leads, funnels and achieve consistent monthly KPI targets (such as conversion rate etc…)
- Identify business development opportunities where possible – outbound contacts not limited to digital efforts or meetings.
- Improvise and follow through on client’s onboarding experience.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, CMC policies and procedures.
- Other brand ambassador duties if required.
- Act as brand ambassador, improvise and follow through on client’s onboarding experience.
- Other duties if required.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven sales ability and skills to work with KPIs and targets would be highly regarded.
- Previous sales focused senior role would be highly regarded
- Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for our products and services
- Operates with integrity and a highly client centric mind set, with an ability to build, influence and enhance strong and meaningful client relationships
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Intermediate knowledge/experience of financial markets
- Expert knowledge of trading platform and financial products highly regarded
- Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline desirable (Business, Finance, Economics etc.)
