Job Description
- Be responsible for operational management of reverse supply chain processes such as decommissioning of network gear and replacement of damaged or faulty parts in the network.
- Drive operational metrics and KPI performance. Conduct root cause analysis and close performance gaps.
- Be responsible for defining the business requirements and contribute to developing both systems and tools that enable reverse supply chain operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate effectively with the internal and external partners supporting the reverse supply chain operational activities.
- Support development and implement end-to-end reverse supply chain processes that scale to support the volume growth and in different locations globally.
