Tecnico de Manufactura Sr

Asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos de manufactura y ensamble, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad, productividad y eficiencia operacional. Participa activamente en la solución de problemas, mejora continua, soporte técnico a líneas de producción y capacitación del personal operativo.

Responsabiidades:

• Dar soporte técnico a las líneas de ensamble para asegurar la continuidad operativa.
• Diagnosticar y resolver fallas de proceso, herramientas, fixtures y equipos de producción.
• Ejecutar ajustes y mejoras en procesos de manufactura para optimizar tiempos de ciclo, scrap y productividad.
• Participar en la implementación de nuevos productos, cambios de ingeniería y validaciones de proceso.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad y procedimientos operativos.
• Realizar análisis de causa raíz y seguimiento a acciones correctivas y preventivas.
• Monitorear indicadores de desempeño del área (scrap, eficiencia, downtime, FPY, retrabajos, etc.).
• Apoyar en el desarrollo y actualización de instrucciones de trabajo, ayudas visuales y documentación técnica.
• Capacitar y brindar soporte técnico a operadores y técnicos junior.
• Participar en actividades de mejora continua utilizando metodologías Lean Manufacturing.
• Verificar el correcto uso y mantenimiento básico de herramientas, equipos y dispositivos de ensamble.
• Participar en auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con manufactura y calidad.

Educación: Carrera Técnica / Universidad trunca

* Carrera técnica concluida en:
    * Mecatrónica
    * Electromecánica
    * Manufactura
    * Electrónica
    * Industrial
    * o afín.

Experiencia en el puesto o área relacionada (expresada en años): 1 -2 años

Conocimientos técnicos

* Interpretación de dibujos y especificaciones técnicas.
* Manejo de herramientas neumáticas, eléctricas y manuales.
* Conocimiento de procesos de ensamble.

Conocimiento en AutoCAD.
* Lectura básica de diagramas eléctricos y mecánicos.
* Manejo de equipos de medición.
* Conocimiento en:
    * Lean Manufacturing
    * 5S
    * Kaizen
    * TPM
    * Análisis de causa raíz
    * PFMEA / Control Plan (deseable)
