Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:
The successful incumbent is involved in the Procure-To-Pay cycle particularly Procurement Operation processes. This position will need to perform PR to PO conversion, accurately followed up on Purchase Order Acknowledgement on timely manner and ensure aged Purchase Order above 1 year is 0%. These are critical services with significant implications in business performance, service delivery and mill operation.
This position will also provide a centralized, key role in the successful interaction between Procurement and internal and external customers to ensure an efficient process application for obtaining and managing the materials needed for manufacturing a product and service delivery. These are critical services which will bring significant implications in business performance & service delivery.
Execute purchase orders for the procurement of materials, equipment and services based on the local/regional buyers’ inputs and ensure all elements of the orders are within established policies and procedures.
Generate and execute SAP report data and work with suppliers to confirm on-time delivery or update delivery status in indirect category purchase orders.
Develop and implement plans to resolve difficulties arising in the placement and delivery of purchase orders in an efficient and timely manner for indirect category.
Execute the Maintenance, Repairs & Operations orders.
Follow up on sea shipment schedule to ensure on time delivery.
Attend to local user or buyer on goods delivery tracking request upon escalation.
Any others ad-hoc task that assign by Procurement Team Leader or Management.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Engineering or related fields
Organized, excellent attention to details.
Excellent oral and written communication in English
Knowledge in Microsoft offices
