SUMMARY: The Marketing Director is a departmental leader who must be fluent in problem solving, process creation and internal sales. This person must demonstrate strong self-management and self-leadership skills, anticipating the needs of stakeholders, proactively addressing gaps and shortfalls in budgets and continually evolving marketing practices in order to remain relevant, driving desired results.
