Role:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Employer Branding at Abbott Vietnam, you will play a key role in shaping and strengthening Abbott’s employer brand and reputation across Vietnam and the wider APAC region.
This role is responsible for leading recruitment marketing efforts, driving the attraction and engagement of top talent, and positioning Abbott as an employer of choice through innovative, data-driven branding strategies.
You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition leaders, Public Affairs, Corporate Marketing, HR Communications, and regional/global stakeholders to ensure consistent and impactful branding initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Accountabilities:
1. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
- Lead end-to-end recruitment marketing strategy and execution in Vietnam to attract and engage top external talent.
- Build and implement employer branding strategies aligned with business needs and global EVP.
- Drive Abbott’s positioning as an employer of choice, especially targeting Gen Z and emerging talent segments.
- Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns, including social media, digital platforms, SEO/SEM, and candidate journey mapping.
2. Content Strategy & Storytelling
- Create, curate, and manage high-impact employer branding content, including:
- Employee stories and success stories
- Videos, graphics, and digital assets
- Job postings and campaign materials
- Collaborate with APAC and global teams to ensure consistent messaging under the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Produce engaging and informative content across all recruitment-related channels.
3. Digital Platforms & Technology
- Manage and optimize social media channels and digital platforms for employer branding and talent attraction.
- Lead implementation and adoption of recruitment technologies such as:
- CRM systems
- Event management platforms
- Early talent engagement tools (e.g., intern apps)
- Utilize data and analytics to continuously improve campaign performance and candidate experience.
4. Partnerships & Engagement
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with:
- Universities and academic institutions
- External organizations and talent communities
- Support campus recruitment and early talent programs to build sustainable talent pipelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related roles
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Demonstrated creativity with the ability to develop compelling and engaging content
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and data analytics
