We’re currently hiring friendly, energetic, and guest‑focused Servers to join our team at Big Woods Pizza in Nashville, IN. If you love connecting with people and thrive in a fast‑paced restaurant environment, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities (Server Role)

• Welcome guests with a warm, positive attitude and create an inviting dining experience
• Present menus, answerquestions, andexplain specials, beverages, and featured items
• Takeaccuratefood and drink orders,including notingdietary needs or special requests
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area andassistwith table clearing
• Process payments, handle cash, and enter orders into the POS system
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Upsell menu items, promotions, and beverages to enhance the guest experience
• Assistwith opening and closing duties, restocking, andmaintainingsupplies

Qualifications

• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable personality
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in afast‑pacedrestaurant environment
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service; willingness to learn more
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with POS systems is a plus
• ServSafecertification preferred but notrequired

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift and carry trays of food and beverages
• Bend, reach, and twist for cleaning and setup tasks
• Must be 19+ years old
• Must have or be able to obtain an Indiana Liquor License
