Communicating clearly and confidently over the phone
Making customers feel heard, valued, and supported
Working closely with your team to deliver great service

Good communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working as part of a team
Fluent English is required (B2/C1 level)
Ability to work night & overnight shifts
