Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Develop business plan and sales strategy to drive the acquisition and growth of key products i.e Preferred deposits and cross selling products such as bancassurance, wealth management products and credit cards;
- To lead Client Financial Relationship Manager (CFRM) in providing support, guidance and coaching to achieve the bank and division’s aspiration, sales target and objectives;
- Strategizing and driving the team to achieve the sales targets and in line with the business focus;
- Developing a team of highly performing CFRM who are equipped with the right skill set, competencies and attitude;
- Recruiting and training new CFRM to enrich the local and regional talent pipeline and succession plan;
- Shaping a sales culture where customer experience, integrity and professionalism are strongly embraced;
- Leading the team to achieve periodic financial results to a level as stipulated by the management;
- People and Operational administrative issues and sales performance management;
- Responsible for ensuring collaboration and alignment among all direct reports so that:
- Operations run smoothly and efficiently: Tasks are well-organized, resources are used wisely, and there’s minimal duplication or conflict;
- Customer delivery is optimized: The team provides timely, high-quality service and solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
