Work Experience
- Recently graduated or 1–2 years’ experience in a creative field (agency, marketing, or production company)
- Experience working with web and native applications a plus
- Background in Digital Design with a strong foundational understanding of visual design principles
- Genuine curiosity about AI tools and an openness to exploring how they can support design workflows—from ideation and research to rapid prototyping and workflow efficiency
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a highly collaborative, feedback-driven environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present work clearly and ask thoughtful questions
- Comfort collaborating across disciplines and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to or interest in design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices
- Experience participating in agile or iterative development processes

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $69,000 - $85,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
