In this role, you will:
- Lead culture and behavior change efforts within Finance Transformation
- Translate transformation goals into clear behavioral expectations and adoption milestones
- Drive end-to-end process and operating model adoption; remove barriers to change
- Develop and execute integrated change strategies (communications, training, engagement)
- Build strong partnerships with senior leaders to ensure alignment and sponsorship
- Conduct stakeholder/readiness assessments and advise leaders on navigating resistance
- Define and track adoption, behavior, and culture metrics; refine strategies using insights
- Build capability through training, coaching, and enablement of managers and teams
Who You Are:
- 7+ years leading organizational change, culture, or process adoption initiatives
- Proven ability to drive behavior change in complex, cross-functional environments
- Experience influencing senior leadership and shaping culture and decision-making
- Strong understanding of change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP)
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Experience designing and measuring adoption and culture metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
