We are looking for an Experience BMW/Mini Service Technician

• Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per Flat Rate Hour (DOE)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 6:00pm

We are looking for a motivated BMW/MINI Service Technician to join our award-winning service department. This is a great opportunity for technicians looking to grow their career within a premium automotive brand while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repair services
• Conduct multi-point inspections and diagnostics
• Complete brake, suspension, and fluid services
• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)
• Accurately document repairs and services performed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow BMW/MINI repair procedures and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with service advisors and technicians
• Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day.
• Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.

What You'll Bring

• 1–3 years of automotive technician experience preferred
• BMW/MINI experience is a plus
• Automotive technical training or certifications preferred
• Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
