The Boeing CompanyBoeing is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Execution to provide strategic leadership encompassing teams performing Order Management, Supply Chain Integration, and C-17 MICAP/AOG support in Dallas, TX.
This leader ensures that supply chain priorities, outcomes, and internal execution remain aligned to program needs, business commitments, and operational performance expectations. The leader in this role will lead multiple teams and partner closely with program management, procurement, finance, engineering, IT, and other stakeholders to drive disciplined execution supporting Supply Chain program responsibilities. This role is expected to operate at both strategic and execution levels by shaping long-term direction including platform strategy, executing day to day operational performance to meet key metrics and program objectives, driving affordability and continuous operation improvements, managing risk, and support timely, informed business decisions.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple supply chain teams in the execution of Order Management, C-17 MICAP/AOG, and Supply Chain Integration (SCI) activities in support of Mobility & Surveillance Aircraft Services business and program objectives
- Develop strategic execution strategies for program platform optimization, operational priorities, and supply chain performance improvement efforts
- Identify, assess, and elevate supply chain and supplier performance risks, while partnering across functions to support mitigation planning and continuity of execution
- Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders including program management, finance, engineering, IT, facilities, and business teams to support integrated decision-making and issue resolution
- Drive performance visibility and accountability through performance management, reporting, and key metric management
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years’ experience in supply chain, order management, supplier management, supply chain integration, or related business operations
- 10+ years’ experience leading teams, projects, or business operations across multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience operating within a government program environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience supporting program execution through cross-functional coordination and business integration
- Experience working in support of aircraft, government, or defense-related program environments

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $186,000 - $230,000
