
Operator Initiatives Coordinator
Job Description
You will play a key role in supporting cross-functional initiatives that impact Grocery Outlet operators and store teams. This role blends project coordination, communications, meeting and event management, operator advocacy, and change management to help drive operational alignment and successful execution. You will partner closely with operators, field leadership, and cross-functional teams to coordinate initiatives, support organizational planning, facilitate communication, and ensure operator needs are reflected in projects, processes, and technology enhancements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn. This role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the drive to move work forward.
