You will oversee multiple frontline SDR managers and a distributed team of representatives, ensuring consistent pipeline generation, strong execution discipline, and high-quality AE handoffs. The role is deeply operational and strategic, combining people leadership with data-driven decision-making and modern revenue operations practices. A key focus is leading the transformation toward AI-enabled SDR workflows, embedding automation and intelligence into prospecting, research, and outbound execution. You will partner closely with senior Sales leadership to shape regional go-to-market strategy and ensure predictable revenue outcomes. This is a builder’s role where systems thinking, operational rigor, and modern sales development expertise directly shape global performance.
