Job Description
Key requirements:
- Support planning cycles: Budget, Latest Forecast, and Strategic Planning
- Deliver accurate and high-quality reporting for assigned business units
- Provide decision support for operational and strategic projects
- Ensure adherence to Novartis Accounting Manual (NAM) and good accounting practices
- Support productivity and offshoring initiatives
- Track and benchmark KPIs across business units
- Contribute to finance processes such as:
- Record to Report (R2R)
- Order to Cash (O2C)
- Procure to Pay (P2P)
- Financial Controls, Compliance & Risk Management
- Perform risk assessments, controls testing, and process walkthroughs
- Analyze segregation of duties and financial risk areas
- Provide financial insights and business impact analysis
Essential requirements:
- CA / CPA / MBA / Postgraduate degree in Finance or equivalent
- 0–2 years of experience (suitable for freshers / early career)
Desirable requirements:
- Strong focus on quality and accuracy of outputs
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration
- Team player with a curious and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to meet KPIs (e.g., SOX timelines, control compliance, cost adherence)
