Superintendent

The Superintendent is a critical role responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all on-site field operations for both Lee Contracting and its subcontractors. This position ensures adherence to design specifications, coordinates and manages self-perform crews and subcontractors, and drives project execution to meet an aggressive but safe schedule. The Superintendent is empowered to make real-time adjustments to sequencing and scheduling to maintain project progress and meet overall objectives.
