Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
This position leads operations at a brokerage site. This position executes operations plans, monitors and communicates operation's performance, manages operations to meet customer deadlines, and maintains a close relationship with customers. This position manages the brokerage site's financial performance, organizes and prioritizes workloads, maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensures compliance. This position may supervise others.
