本ポジションは、自動車業界以外(産業機械、建設機械、プラスチック・樹脂製品など)の製造業を対象に、ABBの塗装ロボットおよび関連ソリューションの提案営業を行い、顧客の生産性向上、品質向上、作業環境の安全性向上に貢献するポジションです。

ABBの最新の塗装ロボット(例:IRB 5500)、塗装アプリケータ(例:RB1000i-S)、塗着効率改善技術、および塗装ラインの自動化システムを活用し、顧客の製造現場における課題を解決するソリューション提案型営業を行います。

主な責任

  • 塗装アプリケータおよび塗装ロボットのソリューション営業

  • 見積作成、仕様調整およびプロジェクトマネジメント

  • 市場開拓および顧客関係の構築・強化

  • グローバル連携(海外エンジニアおよび製品チームとの情報交換)

応募資格(Qualifications)

  • 高専卒以上

  • 日本語:JLPT N1レベルまたは同等

  • 英語:読み取り能力必須、読み書きが可能なレベル

  • 営業経験5年以上(実績のある方)

  • オートメーション業界またはシステムインテグレーターでの経験

歓迎要件(Nice-to-have)

  • 塗装設備、塗装ロボット、塗料、関連機器に関する知識

  • 自動化機器(ロボット、PLC、制御システム等)の営業経験

  • 技術営業またはエンジニアリング営業経験

  • 製造プロセス自動化に関する知識

Your role and responsibilities

This is a sales position focused on proposing ABB's painting robots and peripheral solutions to manufacturers in non-automotive sectors, including industrial machinery, construction equipment, and plastic/resin products, with the goal of improving customers' productivity, quality, and workplace safety.
The role involves solution-based selling by leveraging ABB's latest globally available painting robots (e.g., IRB 5500), painting applicators (e.g., RB1000i-S), transfer efficiency improvement technologies, and painting line automation systems to address challenges at customer manufacturing sites.

The work model for the role is hybrid.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Solution Sales for Painting Applicators & Painting Robots
  • Quotation, Specification Adjustment & Project Management
  • Market Development & Customer Relationship Building
  • Global Collaboration. Exchange information with overseas engineers and product teams


Qualifications for the role

  • Graduation from a Technical College (Kosen) or higher
  • Japanese: Language Proficiency: JLPT N1 level or equivalent
    English: Reading ability is mandatory. Reading and writing skills at a functional level
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with a track record in sales
  • Experience in a company Automation industry or system integrator.
