Long Description
■職務概要
日本国内向けの一般手術器械および、医師の要望に基づく特注器械の設計・製作（外部委託）・運用を担います。
これにより、手術器械の有効性・安全性の向上と顧客満足度の向上に貢献します。
また、インプラントおよび手術器械に関する技術資料を作成し、社内外への情報共有を通じて販売促進活動を支援します。
■主な業務内容
① 手術器械設計業務（約90%）
- 日本国内向け一般手術器械および特注器械の設計業務
- 医師要望に基づく設計対応
- 営業担当との設計仕様の打ち合わせ
- 設計履歴の作成・管理
- ベンダーとの折衝・外部委託管理
- US本社および海外設計拠点の設計資料の確認・活用
② 技術資料作成業務（約10%）
- インプラントおよび輸入手術器械に関する技術資料の作成
- 製品寸法データの整理
- 3Dイメージ図の作成
■応募要件
【必須要件】
- 設計業務経験5年以上
- 医療機器の設計経験をお持ちの方
- 現在も設計業務に従事しており、今後も設計領域でのキャリア継続を希望される方
【歓迎スキル・経験】
- CAD使用経験（NX、AutoCAD 等）
- 医師・医療機関・ベンダーとの折衝経験
- 社内関連部門（マーケティング、営業、品質保証、オペレーション）との連携経験
【求める人物像】
- 社内外関係者と円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方
- 複数案件を同時に管理し、計画的に業務を推進できる方
- コンプライアンス（公競規等）を理解し、適切に遵守できる方
【PCスキル】
- Microsoft Office（Excel / Word / PowerPoint）
