Pay Range: $20.96 to $30.41
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Full-Time Claims Adjustment Analyst – Enterprise Risk #478: Due to Kwik Trip’s continued growth and success we are adding an additional Full-Time Claims Adjustment Analyst. While best known for our product and service offerings to our 8 million retail guests each week throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, Illinois, Michigan, and Iowa, a lesser known fact is beautiful that La Crosse, WI is home to our ever expanding 140+ acre support campus. Our La Crosse Campus includes a wide variety of production facilities, distribution center, truck maintenance facility, transportation/logistics, store construction, fuel trading, sales, and pretty much every support department you can imagine a 38,000-co-worker strong organization would have.
The Claims Adjustment Analyst will provide quality guest service to all Kwik Trip guests. This individual will assist in:
- The processing of low to moderate property damage, auto and General Liability claims
- Contact guests to gather information and assess the severity of liability, property, and vehicle claims
- Work with store coworkers to gather information on various types of incidents
- Responsible for working with the Production Departments to resolve a guest’s inquiry related to products
Qualifications: The Claims Adjustment Analyst must be able to provide excellent Guest Service! Possess a positive attitude, be self-motivated; dependable and adaptable, understanding of collection laws and regulations; ability to work independently and as a team; excellent phone skills since a significant amount of time will be spent on the phone assisting guests, claimants, and insurance companies; demonstrate high level of confidentiality and customer service; exercise sound judgment within company guidelines; strong data entry and organizational skills; strong written and oral communication skills; ability to collect, analyze and interpret information into meaningful results; meet deadlines; prioritize and manage multiple tasks; prepare, process and analyze reports; willingness to learn and perform additional responsibilities; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and a working knowledge of other Microsoft Office products; ability to read, understand and interpret numbers. Prior claims handling experience is a plus but not needed to qualify for this position.
Work Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
