You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a leading European mobility services provider, headquartered in Germany and backed by nearly 90 years of expertise. As part of this journey, you’ll contribute to the launch of a new Tech Hub in Porto, helping to drive innovative, technology-led solutions that are transforming how businesses move while contributing to a more sustainable future.
YOUR ROLE
- Partner with Technology leaders to translate business and technology strategy into people and organizational decisions.
- Design and scale organizational structures across Engineering, Data, AI, and Product teams, leveraging knowledge of squads, tribes, chapters, and engineering career frameworks.Lead workforce planning initiatives, including headcount planning, skills mapping, and build-vs-buy talent strategies.
- Support the attraction, development, and retention of technical talent through expertise in tech recruitment, benchmarking, and talent management.
- Advise senior stakeholders on organizational effectiveness, team performance, and employee engagement in agile environments.Leverage HR technology, people analytics, and modern digital HR practices to drive data-informed decisions.
- Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor law and support HR operational excellence in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment
YOUR PROFILE
- 4+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, People Operations, or related roles within technology-driven environments.
- Tech-savvy mindset: credibility with engineers and tech leaders through genuine understanding of their world.
- Builder mentality: thrives when creating something new, energized by ambiguity and early-stage challenges.
- Cultural architect: ability to translate DKV's values into a tech-native culture that attracts and retains top tech talent.
- Trusted advisor: earns confidence of tech leadership through insight, directness, and business acumen.
- High ownership and resilience in fast-scaling, high-pressure environments.
- Clear, concise communicator across all levels – from individual contributors to C-suite.
