Vice President of Program Operations - Northern CA

The Vice President of Program Operations reports to the Senior Vice President, Chief Program Operations Officer and serves as an executive leader responsible for the strategic and operational performance of their designated region. This role provides executive leadership and direction for the overall operation of programs in the region. The VP is accountable for operational excellence, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, customer development and growth, workforce effectiveness, and quality outcomes, ensuring achievement of positive EBITDA results and performance aligned with Strategic Priorities and Scorecard Targets.
