QA Sorter

Job Summary This role will conduct carcass and carcass part sorting activities and identify any abnormal conditions or defects before carcasses and their parts are presented to online inspectors.  The focus will be to separate carcasses, heads, and viscera that are abnormal from those that are normal.   Key Responsibilities: -
