Job Description:
- Develop and qualify leads through your own outreach and collaboration with European and global sales partners
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Drive business development initiatives focused on Cold Chain Ground and Managed Transportation services
- Deliver compelling commercial proposals in collaboration with our tender management team
- Shape sales strategies, action plans, and market development roadmaps
- Act as a subject matter expert on temperature-controlled transport solutions and GDP compliance

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or related field)
- 6–8 years of experience in the logistics industry, ideally across multiple roles
- Strong understanding of pharma logistics, with emphasis on Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
- Deep knowledge of international transportation and temperature-controlled logistics
- Proven track record in sales and new business acquisition
- Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written); additional languages a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to support product and service development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong financial acumen and broad commercial awareness
- Flexible and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
