Job Description

Job ID: 2026-20883 The Senior Director – Sales & Partnerships is responsible for driving new business, strategic partnerships and revenue growth across financial institutions

This role combines hunter leadership, farmer discipline and build capability (new business models) to expand distribution, unlock new markets and scale sustainable revenue streams

Duties &

Strategic Partnership Development • Define and execute Sales & Partnership strategy across key accounts including Orix Metro Leasing, Bancassurance Loan Partners, Toyota Financial Services. • Develop scalable partnership models aligned with business priorities and long-term growth plans

Sales Leadership & Revenue Ownership • Own and deliver sales target from all partnership channels. • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: pitching, negotiation, closing and activation. • Develop and manage robust sales pipeline, ensuring strong conversion rates. • Lead account-specific sales strategies to grow share of wallet within existing partners

Business Development & Channel Activation • Proactively source ad create new deal opportunities. • Develop tailored propositions to support loan protection, auto financing insurance, and microinsurance. • Lead pricing, commercial terms and partnership frameworks in coordination with internal stakeholders. • Collaborate with product propositions, underwriting to co-create partner-specific solutions. • Ensure solutions are sales-driven, scalable, and competitive in the market. • Drive speed-to-market for new offerings within partner ecosystems. • Monitor and improve conversion rates, attach rates and productivity per partner. • Continuously assess market trends, competitor moves and customer insights

Relationship Management & Account Growth • Act as a senior relationship owner for key partners and executive stakeholders. • Drive account penetration, cross-sell, and upsell activities. • Establish governance cadence (QBRs, performance reviews, pipeline reviews). • Resolve escalations and ensure strong partner satisfaction and retention

Required Skills • Strong commercial, financial and strategic thinking skills. • Advance business development • Commercial acumen and negotiations skillls Education & Experience • 12-15 years in business development, sales and partnerships within insurance, banking, fintech, or automotive financing. • Proven success in closing complex and high-value deals. • Experience in building new markets, channels or business models. • Leadership experience in scaling teams and driving performance
