Job Description
EventLink Group is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Greeter to join the team supporting the BMW Performance Center in Thermal, CA. This role is part of the Greeter/Administrative Assistant team and serves as an important point of contact for program participants, staff, and management.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed job folders for program operations
- Assign meeting/classroom designation
- Ensure all closing reports are saved and processed
- Schedule support staff as required
- Produce name badges, certificates, gift bags, etc.
- Support as program greeter and registration
- Assist with program catering details
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- 1 year of administrative assistant experience
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Physical ability to perform required work
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Works well with others in a group setting and able to contribute as a team member
Schedule:
- Monday-Sunday (shifts vary, but includes Saturday and Sunday)
