Assistant General Counsel-Value Based Care Contracts

Position: Assistant General Counsel The Assistant General Counsel is an in-house attorney reporting to the General Counsel of Monogram Health, Inc. and is a key member of the legal team. This role is a generalist position that will require judgment, multi-tasking and both strategic and "in-the-weeds" work. The ideal candidate will have previous in-house experience and/or four or more years' experience at a leading corporate law firm. This attorney will be responsible for contracting and transaction initiatives.
