Key Responsibilities: Draft Test Report accurately and in a timely manner Review, and issue test reports Prepare and organize supporting documents and report files Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness Prepare and submit final reports to customers and relates Support customer service tasks related to reporting and documentation Perform other duties as assigned
