A key role across the entire flow
As Manufacturing Planner, you act as the link between Sales, Procurement, Production, Warehouse, and Shipping. You ensure materials, capacity, planning, and logistics are aligned to meet customer demand and delivery targets.
This is not just a planning role - you will be part of a team who is responsible for end-to-end planning, from order handling and production planning to shipping and dispatch support.
You will join a collaborative team where ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work.
Your key responsibilities
· Production planning based on forecasts, demand, and capacity
· Material planning (MRP) and ensuring timely availability of components
· Optimize flow and minimize disruptions
· Sales order handling from receipt to production scheduling
· ERP order management, updates, and follow-up
· Inventory control and delivery performance tracking
· Cross-functional coordination across planning, production, warehouse, and shipping
· Supporting the shipping team, including prioritizing orders, coordinating shipments, and booking transport
· Supporting continuous improvement and process optimization
Who we are looking for
We imagine you have experience or education within production planning, supply chain, logistics, or a related field — but what matters most is your motivation, structure, and ability to take ownership across multiple areas.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and knowledge of Lean or process optimization is an advantage.
