Job Description

The EMS Office Manager provides operational direction and guidance to clerical support staff of the EMS Office. Their primarydevelopmental functions involve energetically and dynamically supporting and coaching all clerical employees within theirarea. Under direction of the EMS Manager, this person is responsible for planning, controlling, monitoring, coordinating, andorganizing the daily EMS office operations. The EMS Office Manager must also provide appropriate supervision to theiremployees through effective feedback, thorough evaluation and acknowledgement of contributions to the department.Complies with all standards set forth by state, federal and local law and other regulatory agencies.
