Overview The HR Specialist is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle. This role ensures accurate execution of HR processes, maintains employee data integrity, and supports internal stakeholders in providing a high-quality HR service. The position plays a key role in maintaining efficient HR operations, supporting payroll-related activities, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle Management Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, offboarding) Prepare and manage employment contracts and personnel documentation Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR systems HR Administration & Documentation Prepare and issue various employee-related documents (e.g. certificates, official letters, decisions) Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files Support document management processes (filing, archiving, document registration) Benefits & Payroll Support Prepare employee data for benefits administration Support payroll-related processes and ensure data accuracy Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on HR operations Health & Safety / Compliance Support and administer health & safety programs Manage annual medical check-ups and compliance-related processes Ensure alignment with labor law regulations and internal policies Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with internal teams across multiple business units/agencies Act as a point of contact for HR-related administrative queries Support continuous improvement and standardization of HR processes Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field 1–3 years of relevant HR experience Skills & Competencies Good knowledge of labor law and HR administration processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and in a team environment Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Intermediate level of English
